I do not see a father/daughter relationship between Nolan and Irisa... at all. None. I'll allow for some of it being just me and my own experiences growing up without a father figure, and perhaps some inability to see that kind of relationship between others because of that lack, but no... not in this case. I find Nolan and Irisa's relationship to be one of two people dancing around a relationship (as lovers) but shying away for many other reasons, a father/daughter relationship NOT being one of them.
